Natalie Imbruglia to make UK stage debut in 'Things We Do for Love'

Natalie Imbruglia is to make her UK stage debut in 2014, it has been announced.

The Australian star will be appearing in a revival of Alan Ayckbourn's Things We Do for Love at the Theatre Royal in Bath, which will be followed by a UK tour.

Imbruglia will be taking on the role of Nikki Wickstead in the production, a character who finds herself in the centre of a love triangle. Further casting is yet to be announced.

The star made her acting debut in Neighbours, before appearing opposite Rowan Atkinson in the comedy Johnny English, and as the lead actress in the 2009 film Closed for Winter.

Things We Do for Love will be at the Theatre Royal, Bath from 16 to 26 April. Tickets will go on sale at 10am this Saturday (30 November). Dates for the UK tour are still to be announced.
