David Hasselhoff has won temporary custody of his two daughters - despite a video of him completely drunk being leaked on the internet.
The former Baywatch actor won custody over Taylor Ann and Hayley until another court hearing in June.
Documents before the court allegedly claimed Pamela Bach, Hasselhoff's ex-wife, refused drug tests and was abusive to the children.
Following the hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court the actor commented: "It went very well, the truth was told and I can't say any more."
His visiting rights to his daughters were suspended earlier this month after a video of him "relapsing from alcoholism" spread around the internet.
