Heather Mills plans university course

Heather Mills is planning to take a degree so she can take on the scientists in her quest for veganism and the environment.

The campaigner said she will go to university “so that I can argue with scientists about global warming and meat and milk”.

She is a vegan and has regularly spoken out, along with estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney, in favour of animal rights and against climate change.

Mills added: “Even though I obviously know about all these things, if I’m not a full-fledged scientist nobody will listen to me.”
