Gordon Ramsay has revealed that he often decides not to wear underwear when he cooks.
During an appearance on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross, the celebrity chef claimed that "going commando" is a regular occurrence in the restaurant business.
"I've gone commando, everyone does it," Ramsay explained. "You don't want to cook in hot, sweaty pants. It's a chef thing."
Ramsay added that he found it "tough" when his new £5 million New York restaurant was slated by a top critic.
He said: "It's tough. They want to discover you, not confirm you."
