David Hasselhoff's lawyer has denied claims that the former Baywatch star has started drinking again.
The actor was due to appear in court for a custody hearing yesterday but pulled out because his lead attorney had fallen ill. Though the court case did not go ahead, the lawyer of Hasselhoff's ex-wife Pamela Bach said: "We have our suspicions he has fallen off the wagon again."
Responding to the claims, Hasselhoff's lawyer Marci Levine explained: "He's been testing several times a week - it's something he wanted to do. He tested clean at 7:30 this morning."
Hasselhoff won temporary custody of his two daughters last month.
