Pete Doherty to sue festival organisers
Published Monday, Jun 4 2007, 10:50 BST | By Matthew Houghton

Organisers of the Gatecrasher Summer Sound System - which took place on May 27 in Leeds - repeatedly claimed that Doherty would be DJing at the festival.
However, Doherty has said that he was never booked for the event, and his solicitor is now looking into potential legal action.
A statement released on behalf of the ex-Libertines frontman read: "Pete's supposed non-show was reported extensively in the media and, despite an admission from Gatecrasher that Pete was never confirmed to appear, they have so far refused to issue a public apology."
