ITV announces Beckham reality show

ITV has announced it is making a reality television show following David Beckham's move to the US.

It will look at the England star's last matches for Spanish team Real Madrid before moving with him to California.

The show will then see him take up his position with LA Galaxy agreed in a £128 million deal last year. Beckham will also speak openly about his feelings concerning the move.

Jeff Anderson, boss of the channel, commented: "The move to America and the recall to the England team adds a new and fascinating chapter to the David Beckham story.

"We're delighted to have access to that story from the inside."

It will be a one-hour one-off documentary, according to the Daily Telegraph. Simon Olivera, from the channel, said: "It's going to be focusing on Beckham the footballer - we're not bringing his family into it. There's a lot to tell, trust me."

NBC is already making a series about wife Victoria's shift across the pond.
