The production team behind The Simple Life is planning to send Paris Hilton a card to raise her spirits while she is in jail.
TMZ.com has obtained a copy of a memo sent out by Bart Peele, vice president of operations at Bunim/Murray Productions, in which staff are invited to "write something nice" on a card to be sent to Hilton at the Century Regional Detention Facility in a suburb of Los Angeles.
Peele also cautioned staff that they should restrain themselves from placing sarcastic comments on the card:
"Something like 'Girl, I always thought you would look good in orange!'... is not what we have in mind."
