David Hasselhoff has won primary physical and sole legal custody of his two daughters after a bitter legal battle with ex-wife Pamela Bach.

The couple's divorce was finalised last August after sixteen years of marriage. They have been at war over their finances and custody of their children - Hayley, 14, and 17-year-old Taylor-Ann - ever since.

Hasselhoff emerged from court yesterday to tell assembled press the verdict of Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas, quoting him as saying: "Enough, enough is enough. These children have been through enough."

Bach and her lawyer, Deborah Opri, declined to speak to the media, though Bach was reportedly seen crying in a hallway of the court.

The America's Got Talent judge had been banned from seeing the children in May after a video of him in a drunken state appeared on the internet.
