The young actor was just eleven when he won the role of Harry Potter in the film adaptations of the popular novels by JK Rowling, but has managed to keep his feet on the ground despite the worldwide success of the movie series.
He insisted that it is possible for movie stars to remain humble, saying: "You have to make sure that when you're starting out you just tell the people around you to be completely honest with you, so that there's no room for sycophants to creep in.
"I think that's what makes the difference. If you have people around you who are honest with you and don't just say what you want to hear, you'll be well-adjusted and you won't be arrogant."
