Sarah Michelle Gellar has launched the Harrods' summer sale, arriving at the store in a horse-drawn carriage.
The Buffy the Vampire Slayer actress posed alongside store boss Mohamed al-Fayed, before being given a private tour of the discounted goods.
The Daily Star reveals that the star spoke to fans and shoppers outside the store, commenting: "I've had a sneak peek and I can tell you there is some serious shopping to be done. I hope you won't mind if I beat you to it."
While Gellar was touring the Knightsbridge store, anti-fur protesters gathered outside, waving banners requesting that Harrods "stop selling fur", with one individual going so far as to dress up in a fox costume.
