24 star Elisha Cuthbert has confessed that she is terrified of flying.
The actress used to suffer from panic attacks every time she boarded a plane - until she came up with a strange selection of superstitions to help her to stay calm.
"I have my little things that I do to prevent the fear from happening," Elisha explained. "I have superstitions about it - I have to call my mother before every flight and if I don't get her I'll miss it. I have to walk on the plane with my right foot first... I'll stop and adjust."
