Britney Spears writes mum out of will

Britney Spears has changed her will so that her mother will not be able to get custody of her two children if she dies, according to reports.

The singer has now written that her estate, as well as the custody of one-year-old Sean Preston and ten-month-old Jayden James should go to her younger sister Jamie Lynne.

The National Enquirer reports that if Britney dies before Jamie Lynne turns 21 then her cousin Alli Sims will take charge of the boys.

Britney and her mother Lynne fell out after the 'Toxic' singer was forced into rehab, and last week it was reported that Britney had taken out a restraining order to stop her mum from being near the children.

Reports say things have got so bad she has even hired a private investigator to track phone calls between her mother and her estranged husband, Kevin Federline.
