Cheeky Girl hits back at Sian Lloyd

Cheeky Girl Gabriela Irimia has responded to comments that TV weathergirl Sian Lloyd made about her ex, Lembit Opik.

Sian - who was dumped by MP Lembit for the singer - described her former fiancé as "childish, unreliable and selfish" in an interview last week. However, Gabriela is furious with her comments and has called for Sian to move on with her life.

"I'm really upset with what she is saying," Gabriela told the Daily Star Sunday. "I need to stand up for my man. We never talk about her. She's history and will remain there - but she cannot stop having a go at us. If Lembit is as sad as she says, why did it take her four years to discover it? And why can't she get over it?"

She added: "Lembit is a gentleman. He has never responded to her attacks and he is a very dedicated MP. I feel very proud. We are very much in love and we don't need anyone dragging down our relationship."

Lloyd is now dating millionaire motor-racing entrepreneur Jonathan Ashman.
