P Diddy has decided to recruit himself a new Personal Assistant by posting a video on social networking site MySpace.
The hip-hop star - real name Sean Combs - has asked applicants to record a three minute video telling him why they would be good at the job.
Diddy said on his message: "You know I'm the best and I like working with the best". He also warned them that he would keep them up late and would shout at whoever gets the job.
The US rapper explained why he chose this method to recruit the right person, saying: "It's a new age, a new time, a new era. Forget coming into the office and having a meeting with me and being nervous."
