Usher calls off wedding

Usher has cancelled his wedding to girlfriend Tameka Foster, calling it off just hours before the pair were set to marry.

Usher and Foster, who are expecting their first child together this autumn, announced their engagement in April.

The R 'n' B singer was due to hold the ceremony in the Hamptons with celebrity guests including Jay-Z, Beyonce Knowles and Janet Jackson.

No reason was given for the sudden cancellation, but a statement was issued saying: "It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond 4th and Tameka Foster was cancelled."
