Hilton expects Richie to struggle in jail

Paris Hilton has predicted that Simple Life co-star Nicole Richie will struggle to cope with her stint in jail.

Richie was sentenced to a 4-day stay in prison on Friday, after she pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. She must report to jail before September 28 and has also been instructed to pay a $2,048 fine and complete a 21-day alcohol education course.

According to the Daily Star, Hilton, who served half of a 45-day sentence last month for driving while her licence was suspended, has written a blog entry about how difficult it will be for Nicole.

"The prison sentence will be a real killer for her," Hilton explained. "I found my 45-day sentence so difficult. But I think Nicole will find it impossible."
