Britney's divorce is finalised

Britney Spears' marriage to Kevin Federline has officially ended.

Court commissioner Scott Gordon signed orders for dissolution of marriage, child custody and alimony in LA yesterday.

It is rumoured that the couple will share custody of their two sons, 22-month-old Sean Preston and ten-month-old Jayden James, while Federline is expected to receive spousal support.

However, Spears' attorney Laura Wasser refused to reveal details of their divorce agreement, merely saying: "They are divorced. Everything is finalised."

Spears and Federline wed on September 18, 2004, but their marriage was reportedly plagued by rows from the start, prompting Spears to file for divorce on November 7 2006.
