The Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards custody battle has intensified as the Two and a Half Men actor claimed his former partner asked him for his DNA to father a third child with her.
Sheen has filed a lawsuit asking for more visitation rights to see his two children that he shares with Richards as he currently has to be supervised when he spends time with two-year-old Lola and three-year-old Sam.
The legal papers state: "It is not necessary, appropriate, or in the best interest of the children that [Richards] selects child care providers for my custodial periods."
The actress has hit back at Sheen however, telling Page Six: "This is disgusting. He is doing this now because he's not happy with me and the custody arrangement."
Now Charlie has revealed that Richards has asked him to father her a third child in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, although Richards has denied it ever happened.
In the interview Sheen said: "There was a request for a donation. She can make every claim in the world. But what she stated in something she wrote would completely and totally defy that.
"The baffling thing about this is that if I'm good enough to, as it were, provide my DNA, I should surely be good enough to hire my own child care provider."
