Barlow now "good buds" with Robbie

Gary Barlow has confirmed that he and Robbie Williams have managed to bury the hatchet.

The singers became involved in a feud before Robbie left Take That in 1995, and the animosity continued until last year, when they tried to settle their differences at the Conrad Hotel in West London. Even then, the atmosphere remained frosty and no real progress was made.

However, Barlow and Williams were spotted having dinner together in Los Angeles last week, after being brought together by peacemaker Mark Owen. The reunion sparked rumours that Robbie may join Take That on tour in the autumn.

Speaking to The Mirror, Barlow confirmed: "Yes, we met, had a great chat, he's really well and we're good buds again." He added that the meeting was "the best we've had since 1996."
