Madonna denies adoption problems
Published Tuesday, Aug 7 2007, 16:44 BST | By Daniel Kilkelly

Child welfare expert Penstone Kilembe warned that the adoption could "crumble" and that David would have to be sent back to Malawi, after being dismissed from overseeing the case.
Madonna's spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg has denied Kilembe's claims, explaining: "The information regarding the adoption that was reported is simply not accurate. The adoption process is going along very well and according to proper procedure."
Malawi's Minister of Women and Child Development, Kate Kainja, was said to have told a newspaper that Kilembe had risked his neutrality by obtaining an air ticket to London and money from Madonna, in anticipation of visiting her to make a final investigation.
The Queen of Pop brought Banda back to the UK from a Malawian orphanage in October.
