Catherine Zeta-Jones has banned her children from watching their father's movies because they are not suitable.

The Chicago actress does not want seven-year-old Dylan and four-year-old Carys to watch Michael Douglas in some of his films.

She told Tatler magazine: "They have seen their grandfather Kirk Douglas in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, so they know about him.

"They have seen me in The Mask of Zorro and animated movie Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas - they are still rather charmingly convinced I cut my hair for that one!

"But they are so young, so I won't let them see Michael's films with Glenn Close (Fatal Attraction) or Sharon Stone (Basic Instinct) just yet!"

It has also been rumoured that the couple are planning to have a third child.
