The White Stripes rocker is now the father to a baby boy called Henry Lee. The couple had their first child, Scarlett Teresa in 2005.
The singer is currently touring North America, promoting his group's latest record, Icky Thump, which reached the number one spot in the UK charts earlier this year.
White will return to the tour on September 13.
White's publicist Chloe Walsh, said: "The new child and his and his mother are both feeling very healthy and happy."
