Mel B's man guilty of duck killing?

Mel B's new husband Stephen Belafonte has allegedly been found guilty in a New Jersey court of an animal control charge for killing a duck.

A report in The Sun claims that the 32-year-old film producer confessed to killing a mallard with a brick, outside his home in Point Pleasant.

A spokeswoman for the Ocean County court said: "A warrant has been issued over unpaid fines and costs relating to an animal control offence. He will be arrested if he returns to the area."

Belafonte married Brown in a secret wedding two months ago.
