Fearne Cotton praises Prince William

Fearne Cotton has revealed that she would be interested in starting a relationship with Prince William - if she wasn't already taken.

The TV host met with William and his brother Harry in May, for a BBC interview about the Concert for Diana. Reports soon revealed that William had taken a shine to Fearne, who also has pop star Robbie Williams as an admirer.

"There is no way that I'd marry Robbie. Apart from anything else, I could never be part of that celebrity world," Fearne told the Daily Mail.

"As for Prince William's rumoured interest in me… if I was single, I might be interested. In person, I found him very suave and sophisticated, a proper gent in all ways. But even if romance had bloomed between us, I can't imagine that the Palace would have encouraged it. I'm far too common."

Fearne, who presents The Xtra Factor on ITV2 from Saturday, is currently dating model Jesse Jenkins.
