Geri Halliwell has been spotted spending time with a mystery man - sparking rumours that she has started a new relationship.

The Spice Girl has been taking a break on the French Riviera, and was seen looking intimate with a male companion close to her rented villa near St Tropez. According to the Daily Mail, they were spotted with their arms round each other as they took a romantic walk along the coast.

Halliwell, who is going on tour with the Spice Girls at the end of the year, split from scriptwriter Sacha Gervasi, the father of her baby Bluebell Madonna, in 2005.
