Pharrell Williams has suggested that the idea for the successful Concert For Diana that was held last month to mark ten years of the Princess' death was sparked by him.
The hip-hop star performed at the Wembley Stadium memorial gig alongside the likes of Sir Elton John, P Diddy and Take That.
Williams has now revealed that he may have been the mastermind behind the whole thing, telling The Mirror: "I was talking to William about promoting my record at the time, and I wanted to perform at the palace. So he was going to get permission from the Queen.
"I guess it happened."
