Spears' ex-bodyguard called to testify
Britney Spears' former bodyguard Daimon Shippen has received two court's orders to testify in the battle for custody over her two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

K.Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan submitted the two subpoena's which will mean Shippen will have to give evidence about Britney's parenting.

An associate of Federline's claimed that the bodyguard "was completely surprised to be served. He was dumbfounded and in a state of shock."

A source also claimed he is hoping that Shippen will have a big insight into how Spears looks after the boys after working for her for years.

They told US magazine: “(Shippen) is in a unique position having worked with Britney for a long time and has incredible knowledge of her parenting skills and comings and goings. This is an ongoing operation."

Spears' cousin Alli Sims was also ordered earlier this week to testify for the trial.
