Matt Damon believes that being a father has improved his acting skills.
The Bourne Ultimatum star claims that suffering sleepless nights with 14-month-old Isabella has given him "an edge" as an actor.
He revealed: "I don't get very much sleep. I come on set and I am looking exhausted, but it is great because it gives me a bit of edge. My daughter makes me a better actor."
Damon, 36, married Argentinian-born Luciana Barroso in December 2005 and is stepfather to her daughter Alexia.
