Judge rejects Brit's claim to Jacko kids

A US judge has rejected a British woman's claim she is the mother of Michael Jackson's children.

Nona Jackson wanted joint custody of Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II but Los Angeles judge Robert Schnider said she provided no genetic proof of a relationship.

Nona also requested the singer's marriages to Debbie Rowe and Lisa Marie Presley be annulled and that she be paid child support.

She claimed they were a "a sexually active couple" and also made a claim to Michael's Neverland Ranch and another home.

Her application is to take part in custody proceedings between Michael and Rowe.

Nona told the court: "Debbie's hospital records will prove that my kids are not hers because of DNA."

She has previously been told she cannot take part on three occasions.
