Paris unveils new clothes range

Paris Hilton has stopped traffic while unveiling her new clothing line at an LA boutique.

Police were called in to handle the crowd and a lane of traffic was closed for safety as the heiress launched her designs at trendy store Kitson.

She wore a gold sequined mini-dress for the event and was surrounded by excited fans as she stepped out of her car.

The Simple Life star took a year to design the range - which includes shoes, T-shirts and jeans - and described it as "really comfortable" and "really affordable".

"It's just from my closet to their closets," she said. "I'm just excited about it and everyone really loves it."
