Pink sued over music video

A New York artist is suing Pink after she allegedly used one of his works in a music video without his permission.

Vladimir Kush accused the singer – real name Alecia Moore – and her record label of featuring images from his painting Countes Erotiques in the video for her single 'U + Ur Hand'.

According to the New York Post's gossip column Page Six, a lawsuit claiming copyright infringement has been filed in Manhattan District Court.
