Film director dumped over Kylie claims

The film director who was accused of having an affair with Kylie Minogue has been dumped by his wife.

Alexander Dahm's partner Laura, who gave birth to their second child three weeks ago, has told pals that she feels "humiliated" by her husband's behaviour, and is certain that he is still in love with the Australian singer.

"She told him she had had enough and was leaving him," a friend of Laura told the Sunday Mirror. "She went to her parents' house and told him she did not want him coming with her.

"Poor Laura just couldn't cope with her husband being so obviously smitten with another woman. At the start she chose to believe there was nothing going on. When you're heavily pregnant you don't have much choice but to trust.

"But after the baby - their second child - was born three weeks ago, things became clearer in her mind. She couldn't live with his behaviour for the rest of her life, not even for the sake of their children. What woman would be prepared to put up with a husband whose mind is so obviously elsewhere?"

Dahm was linked to Kylie when they were spotted on a business trip together in May, but they have always insisted that they are just friends.
