Pavarotti still undergoing hospital tests

Luciano Pavarotti is still undergoing tests at a hospital in his home town of Modena, Italy, it has been announced.
The hospital which is treating the 71-year-old opera star explained that tests would continue over the next few days, and confirmed that they were related to his battle with cancer.
Pavarotti was admitted to hospital with a high fever two weeks ago. On August 11, it was reported that his condition had improved and that Luciano's wife expected him to be discharged within the next few days.
The tenor underwent surgery to remove a pancreatic tumour in July 2006.
