Tara PT will never have plastic surgery

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has vowed never to subject herself to plastic surgery.

Last year the socialite-turned-TV presenter underwent an operation to rebuild her nose, which had been ravaged by years of drug abuse.

However, she denied that it was a cosmetic procedure, telling Heat: "I didn't have a new one. I just had the old one reconstructed.

"I'm not vain enough to start going to hospital to have my body changed. I'm just the way I am: far from perfect. I've got lines on my face (and) the whole face is a bit squiffed, but I'm not a surgery freak."
