Director Oliver Stone has been sued by a music firm over the soundtrack for a documentary about Cuban leader Fidel Castro.
The Platoon filmmaker directed, produced, narrated and starred in 2003's El Comandante, using the firm Ubiquity Recordings Inc to work on the music.
The company has filed a civil suit in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking $42,000 for an alleged unpaid bill.
Ubiquity claimed the Oscar-winner breached his contract on musical compositions and sound recordings for the documentary.
