Spears' former manager in hiding

Britney Spears' former manager Larry Rudolph has been in hiding from her ex-husband Kevin Federline's lawyers, because he wants to avoid being handed a subpoena by them.

Rudolph worked for the 'Toxic' singer in 2004, then again in 2006, until he was fired earlier this year.

But he is worried that he could be next on Federline's list to be summoned to give evidence in court over the couple's custody battle of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Rudolph is currently in an unknown location and told US reporter Billy Bush over the phone: "(I'm) on vacation. Hiding from Kevin's processors.

"When I come back, I'm sure they'll find me."

Spears' cousin Alli Simms, her former PA Shannon Funk, former bodyguard Damien Shippen, and staff at her former rehab centre have already been given court summons.
