Toni Braxton has reportedly been battling with breast cancer after she was diagnosed with the disease two months ago.
According to tabloids in the States, the 'Unbreak My Heart' singer has been undergoing secret treatment, including chemotherapy.
She is currently starring in a Las Vegas spectacular, 'Toni Braxton: Revealed', at the Flamingo hotel and has insisted that she must continue performing in it.
As a result Braxton has reportedly had to be pumped with an iron infusion by doctors twice a week to reduce the fatigue, according to the National Enquirer.
A source told the magazine: "Toni is a fighter. She initially thought the worst, but doctors assured her the prognosis for her breast cancer is excellent.
"She still has moments when she gets upset and she may cry a little bit - but those moments don't last long."
