Kings of Leon refuse hypnotist video
The Kings of Leon have turned down plans to appear hypnotised in the music video for their latest single 'Charmer'.

The director behind the promo for Gnarls Barkley's hit 'Crazy', Robert Hales, wanted the band to be hypnotised for the quirky video, but they failed to be influenced.

An insider for the four-piece said: "When it came to filming, the hypnotist couldn't do it. The lads were saying it wasn't working and was just stupid.

"The crew tried to persuade them to give it a proper try but Caleb (Followill) in particular wasn't having any of it. In the end the band said they would play their song and do a straight performance number."
