Matt Le Blanc's ex-manager is suing him for at least $1 million he allegedly owes her from 1994.
Camille Cerio has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming the Friends star has not paid for career advice she gave him after he ceased to be her client.
She alleges that the actor owes her more than $1million from his salaries for both Friends and spin-off Joey as part of a commission agreement.
The lawsuit – which claims breach of contract and unfair business practice - seeks an order demanding Le Blanc reveal his earnings from both shows.
A spokesman for the actor told TMZ.com: "In a land of meritless lawsuits, this is the king of all cases without merit."
