K-Fed's lawyers want Spears to pay fees
Kevin Federline's lawyers have insisted that his ex-wife Britney Spears should pay some of his legal fees over their divorce case, it has been revealed.

Court documents filed by Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, declared that he has "no net income" following various expenses and that his spousal support of $20,000 would end in November.

Kaplan argued that because the 'Toxic' singer takes an average monthly income of $737,868 and is "clearly the 'monied party'" then she should pay $50,000 for her ex-husband's litigation expenses.

The couple officially divorced on July 30 and are currently in a custody battle over their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

A hearing has been scheduled for September 17, but one of Spears' attorney's has requested a continuance until November.
