Jamelia looking to crack Hollywood

'Superstar' singer Jamelia has claimed that she is hoping to crack Hollywood with her move into acting.

The R'n'B star was dropped by Parlophone earlier in the year but has already been offered several acting jobs, including a role as a stripper on the big screen.

Talking about her thespian work, she told The Sun: "It would be great cracking Hollywood, but I wouldn't say I was that confident as an actress just yet."

The star's manager Jonathan Shalit added: "Jamelia has never been busier since her record deal ended with EMI earlier this year."
