Kate Nash wants to slap Tony Blair
Published Wednesday, Sep 5 2007, 14:00 BST | By Nick Levine

The 'Foundations' singer felt let down by the ex-Prime Minister's policies during his ten years in charge of the country.
She told the NME: "Tony Blair needs a good slap, even though he's gone now. I might get away with it since he's not leader anymore."
However, Nash revealed that she has high hopes for Blair's successor Gordon Brown, saying: "I think he might be alright. I think he's doing something good with health already, isn't he? I think he'll be alright. (But) he needs to sort out the education system."
