Bo Diddley is released from hospital

American musician Bo Diddley has been released from a Florida hospital, where he has been receiving treatment after suffering a heart attack.
The 78-year-old singer and guitarist complained that he felt unwell during a routine check-up at the North Florida Regional Medical Centre last week. He was later transferred to an emergency room, where he suffered the attack.
"With his health greatly improved, Diddley is happy to be home with his family and away from the hospital food," spokeswoman Susan Clary said.
Diddley has now had a stent inserted to improve blood flow.
He had previously been admitted to hospital in May, after suffering a stroke, which impaired his speech and speech recognition. He underwent rehabilitation at hospital in Florida, but returned home after his health improved.
