Sugababe boyfriend cleared of sex charge

The boyfriend of Sugababe Amelle Berrabah has been cleared of a sexual offence charge on the singer's sister.

Freddie Fuller split with the pop star after he was arrested with three other men for allegedly attacking Berrabah's sister Samiya.

However, the star has confirmed that she is now back together with Fuller, telling The Sun: "I'm thrilled. There have been a lot of lies made up about that and he needs an apology. We are very happy together."

A spokesperson for the police commented: "The case never went to court and due to a lack of evidence no charges have been made...They were questioned on Sunday, at which point they were all released without charge."
