Jackson wardrobe incident back in court

Janet Jackson's incident where she exposed her breast in front of 90 million viewers at the 2004 Superbowl will be returning to court today.
During the event Jackson was performing alongside Justin Timberlake, who ripped off part of her top and revealed her breast briefly, sparking outrage and half a million complaints.
The Federal Communications Commission fined CBS £275,000 over the incident, but the corporation claimed that "fleeting, isolated or unintended" images should not automatically be labelled as indecent.
But the FCC disagrees with the defence and will argue its plea in court.
Recently the commission has come under fire for several cases involving indecency. In June their policies on indecent speech involving the use of the 'f-word' by a celebrity at the Billboard Music Awards was rejected by the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals.
A bill is also currently being considered by senators who want the FCC "to maintain a policy that a single word or image may be considered indecent".
