Willoughby reveals hold-in pants secret

Dancing On Ice host Holly Willoughby has revealed that she always wears hold-in pants in order to improve her figure.

The TV star revealed the secret when she was asked to rate herself out of 10 in terms of her looks.

Willoughby told The Mirror: "When I've got my make-up on and I really go for it and have my hold-in pants on I think I can be a...um...er...seven? That's kind of blowing my own trumpet, isn't it?"

When questioned about her choice of underwear, the presenter added: "I always wear support knickers. Everyone does and if they say they don't they're a liar.

"They come up to your boobs and have boning in them. They hold everything in and give you a cleaner line. I'm a big fan and Tesco do the best ones."

She added that when she is trying to impress her husband, she has a method of disposing of the garments. Willoughby said: "You can take them off before you get home and stuff them in your handbag."
