Fred Durst has avoided being sent to prison and has instead been handed a 120-day suspended jail sentence, following an incident where he allegedly purposefully hit two people with his car.
The Limp Bizkit frontman pleaded no contest to seven charges over the incident in LA last October, including assault, battery and reckless driving, at a court hearing last month.
Court documents showed that he has also been fined £750 and was ordered to carry out 20 hours of community service.
A restraining order was submitted to Durst telling him that he can not "annoy, harass, strike, threaten or otherwise disturb the peace" of the two unnamed victims. He must stay at least 100 yards away from them.
Durst has also been banned from owning a firearm.
According to the Associated Press, Durst's representatives The Firm have not yet commented on the sentence.
