Betty Boo asks Cole for "fisticuffs"

Pop singer Betty Boo has claimed that she needs to have some "fisticuffs" with Girls Aloud's Cheryl Cole.

Boo, real name Alison Clarkson, alleged last week that she had written some songs for Cole's solo career. However, the 'Love Machine' popstar denied rumours that she was splitting from her girl group, arguing that Clarkson was just after a "bit of publicity".

Responding to Cole's comments, Clarkson told 210 FM: "Yes! I need the publicity? Silly old cow. We need to have fisticuffs together, but she is good at that."

She added: "I think she is really nasty. Northern girls wee up the wall."
