Demi Moore has officially become Mrs. Kutcher by changing her name on all of her official identity documents, including her driving license and her credit cards.
The Bobby actress married Butterfly Effect actor Ashton Kutcher in 2005, but she has only just made the name change.
A source claimed that she has now become Mrs. Kutcher on her passport, American Express card and other documents, but she still intends to keep her name from her first marriage to Freddie Moore for her professional title.
The insider told In Touch: "Demi did this for Ashton. She knew that this was something he wanted, so she finally made the switch."
